The conventional Volvo has transformed from the typical shape of squared corners and pointed lines to a new magnificent 2010 Volvo C30. You can’t easily guess that the new model in the market is of Volvo or not because it has rounded smooth edges now. It has a competitive edge over rest of the smaller cars because of its latest and stylish exterior. But on the other hand, Volvo didn’t bring much major enhancements to C30 with respect to its performance. The modifications can be seen in its outer body and in the interior area.

2010 Volvo C30 has turbocharged T5 aligned with 5-cylinder engine that makes this model practically good enough to drive. But unhappily the car with engine of 227 bhp doesn’t deliver much and the ride is not as much enjoyable as one could imagine. This gearbox in this edition is offered in either 5-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual. The manual gearbox has a thriving performance as compared to the automatic one due to its overwhelming speed from 0-60 miles in just 6.2 seconds.

2010 Volvo C30 has an average estimation of 160 mph, but it has recorded its best displacement of 149 mph on the road. This car is not meant for harsh driving at booming speeds because it may lead to car roll-over with under-steer which is absolutely not recommended by any driver. C30 has low quality tires along with sports suspension, but still sometimes you can hear the vibrating sounds of the engine when driving on the bouncy roads.

The safety features in 2010 Volvo C30 are highly commendable. Rear parking aid and the information system for blind spot are exclusively installed in this model. Some of the other safety features are: airbags for side and front, seatbelts for 4 seats, active stability traction system and a system for whiplash defense. There are many more features in the safety list that Volvo has incorporated to safeguard its driver along with the rest of the passengers traveling in the car.
You can get different reviews on the interior of 2010 Volvo C30 as it is not much appealing and stylish for the youngsters. One key problem with this car is that the seats in the front can’t be adjusted back to their prior position once they are moved to give space to the passengers at the back. Like most of the smaller cars, 2010 Volvo C30 doesn’t have enough space at the rear for the passengers to sit comfortably. In general, we can say that C30 is a car with more dramatic look than its actual performance. Now you have to decide whether you are going to buy this standard sedan having the worth of $22, 562 or not.
