Skoda Superb Combi Outdoor

Skoda Superb is a good affordable family saloon. The Superb Combi is a good estate, and a good family car. Now, how to make this thing even better? That’s right. give it a bit of offroad capability. That is the point of the Outdoor look package, available for both front and all-wheel-drive versions.

The ‘Outdoor’ version extends skoda’s Superb model line to include another attractive Combi variant. It includes applications such as robust synthetic panelling for the rear bumper, the wheel wells and the doorsills. Compared with the standard Superb, the front bumper is fitted with a larger air intake and round fog lamps.

The package doesn’t exactly turn the Combi into a full blooded SUV but it does eliminate the need for the family to spend more and get one too. This car can easily handle going over hills and crossing small waters.

The ‘Outdoor’ version is available for all Superb engine versions with front- and all-wheel drive, except for the GreenLine variant. The model is a perfect all-rounder for town and country and is aimed primarily at demanding customers with an active life style.

Both as a saloon and an estate, the SKODA Superb has been setting benchmarks in the upper middle class. A generous space offering, precise workmanship and an excellent price/value ratio all set the car apart. More and more customers are opting for the Superb: in 2011, SKODA AUTO’s sales of the Superb cracked the 100,000 vehicle mark for the first time.
