Renault Megane Generation Edition

British automotive market is a very competitive one, so manufacturers usually do anything to get ahead of the rivals!

One of the ways to beat the competition is offering price-cut on different models for whatever reason. And that’s exactly Renault is doing with the Megane 5-door hatchback.

They’ve just introduced a new trim level for this car which replaces the Extreme model, and is a full 3000 GBP cheaper than what it used to be when it was first launched!

This new model is called the Generation and can be had with either 1.6 100 petrol or 1.5 dCi 90 FAP diesel and five-speed gearbox. And don’t think because it’s a discount version it’s short on equipments. You get 4×15W radio CD with fingertip remote controls and aux input, air conditioning, cruise control, electric door mirrors and front windows, ESC, hands free keycard and speed limiter, all as standard.
