Based on an unwritten rule all hybrid cars are uncool!

Maybe that’s becasue they’re typically boring or the fact that they’re driven by uncool people. But after 10 years of presence in the UK market, Toyota is going to change that by releasing a tarted up version of the Prius.

This 10th anniversary special edition is called the Generation X and comes with a number of styling tweaks and interior upgrades. It gets body kit, 17-inch multi-spoke alloys, rear privacy glass and embossed black leather upholstery.

The car’s based on the the top-of-the-range T Spirit model, so comes equipped with HDD satellite navigation (with integrated sound library), rear parking monitor, Bluetooth, Intelligent Park Assist, cruise control, smart entry and start, rain-sensing wipers and head-up display.

This model is limited to 1000 units, each priced at £26,150.
