2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Revealed

The new Dodge Grand Caravan is revealed featuring similar updates to the other new Dodge, the Avenger.

So, it gets the same sort of upgraded suspension and chassis, which is Dodge is correct should be able to turn it from a humdrum family van into a fun to drive Man Van!

And yes, it also get the new Pentastar 1.6 liter V6 with a healthy 283 hp and 260 lb.-ft of torque. As for the looks new front fascia that sports the new Dodge signature “split crosshair” grille, a new hood, quad headlamps and LED taillights. The other similarity to the Avenger is the much upgraded interior.


There, you get features like ambient blue-green color, larger Stow ‘n Go seats with a new, easy to use one-touch fold down function, premium seating materials and new door trim.

Standard equipments include front seat mounted side air bags, a new driver side knee blocker air bag, supplemental three-row side-curtain air bags, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring and remote keyless entry. The available Safety Sphere package of features includes ParkSense® rear park assist system, a rear back-up camera, blind spot monitoring and rear cross path detection system, rain-sensitive wipers and automatic headlamps.
