Mazda Minagi Concept

Mazda released the first images of an all-new concept car for 2011 Geneva Motor Show.

It’s called the Minagi and as you see it’s a crossover, in pretty much the same profile as the new Kia Sportage and Audi Q5. And that’s relevant because it will compete with those cars when it becomes a real production car to replace the current CX-5.

Also at the Geneva Show, Mazda showcases their new and highly anticipated production SKYACTIV technologies . The Minagi too is equipped with a SKYACTIV engine and SKYACTIV transmission fitted to a SKYACTIV body and chassis.  These combine in a low-weight yet highly safe package.
