Nissan Leaf Price In UK

Nissan has released pricing details of the all-electric Leaf as the order books open for it in UK.

Customer can now reserve their Nissan Leaf with a refundable down payment of £257. Deliveries of the car will start in March priced at £23,990 (including £5,000 government incentive). They will give a test drive of the Leaf by the end of this year as well.

The £23,990 price of Nissan Leaf will include the battery and is after VAT. That makes the car much better value than the other recently announced electric vehicle Mitsubishi i-MiEV, which is no where near as practical and spacious as the Leaf and yet costs more.

The Leaf is also better in terms of performance. The car’s AC motor develops 80 kW of power and 280 Nm of torque, enough for a maximum speed of more than 90mph and it can travel up to 100 miles on a full charge.

Available in five exterior colours and one high-specification trim level, all models will come with air conditioning, satellite navigation and a parking camera as standard, plus smartphone connectivity that enables owners to check charging levels plus heat or cool the interior of the car remotely via their handset.
